Terre d'Arengo, Le Fém 2024

A white wine from Marche, from vineyards at 300 meters altitude. The soil of clay, sand and some gravel gives the grapes space to stay fresh. The combination of Passerina and Chardonnay produces a wine with fruit and a salty undertone.

What you smell
White flowers (linden blossom, hawthorn, jasmine) with apple, pear and citrus underneath. Fresh and light.

What you taste
Fruity with citrus at the forefront. Lively acidity that keeps the glass fresh, complemented by a soft, round texture and a salty, savory undertone in the finish.

How it's made
Hand-picked and carefully selected. Gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel, without wood, so that the fresh fruit and salty tone are preserved.

Serving
Serve chilled at 8 to 10 degrees. Decanting not necessary. A standard white wine glass is sufficient.

Great with

  • Scampi tartare with lime and Granny Smith: the citrus and fresh acidity in the wine mirror the lime and tart apple.
  • Scallop carpaccio with passion fruit: the soft texture of the wine elevates the delicate sweetness of the scallops.
  • Pan-fried white fish with lemon: the salty undertone and acidity cut through the fish and keep the dish light.
