What do you smell
Wild strawberry and red cherry, with tobacco, ground coffee and cedar wood underneath. After some time in the glass, brioche with a hint of caramel emerges.

What do you taste
Silky smooth, with fully integrated tannins that don't dry out your mouth. The alcohol and acidity are perfectly balanced. The finish is long and remains delicate, without heavy notes. This wine can age for decades, but is already beautifully accessible now.

90% Tempranillo and 10% Graciano. The wine ages for over four years in American oak barrels. Every six months, it is traditionally racked by hand and by candlelight, a method that ensures clarity without filtering.

17 degrees Celsius. Decanting is not necessary, but serve the wine in a large glass to allow the aromas to unfold.

- Leg of lamb with rosemary: the silky tannins and cedar notes complement the lightly grilled character of lamb without overpowering it.
- Duck breast with cherry sauce: the red fruit in the wine picks up the sauce, while the structure balances the richness of the duck.
- Aged Manchego: the nutty, slightly salty cheese works well with the subtle toast notes from the oak.
